Welcome to GSM-NEWBORN MOBILE AND
COMPUTER SOLUTIONS FORUM. Please take a moment to review these rules
detailed below. You are required to abide and agree with all terms set
below in order to participate in our community. Failure to do so will
result in the board's administration taking further action as they see
fit.

1 - Considering the real-time
nature of this message board, it is impossible for us to review
messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember
that we do not actively monitor the contents of posted messages and are
not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant
the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not
responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the
views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the
GSM-NEWBORN or any entity associated with GSM-NEWBORN. The individual member
remains solely responsible for the content of their messages, and as a
potential poster, you agree not to indemnify and hold KMACS, our Staff
Members, and Associates harmless with respect to any claim based upon
transmission of your message(s).

2 - Any member who feels that a
posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately
by Email or PM. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages
and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame,
If we determine that removal is necessary with or without notification
to the member who posted the message. This is a manual process,
however, so please realize that we may not be able to remove or edit
particular messages immediately.

3 - Be tolerant, understanding
and respectful of other people's point of view. If you strongly
disagree or are upset over somebody's posting, simply respond by
stating your point of view. Do NOT criticize, censure or ridicule
others for their beliefs, opinions or views. Please also take INTO
account the difficulty many people have in expressing their precise
feelings and emotions in a written message. No posts obviously designed
to attract flames (Trolling/Flaming) or otherwise incite other posters
to react negatively and aggressively will be tolerated. We are all in
the GSM-NEWBORN forums based on one common trait, and we do not need to try
and bait,trap,hate or bash each other. Doing so is a waste of time,
space, and bandwidth.

4 - You agree, through your use of this
service, that you will NOT use KMACS to post any message/material which
is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar,
hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening,
invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise a violation of any law.

- After fair and sufficient discussion of matters under debate or
argument, you agree to respect the board and staff's decisions on these
matters as final. Continued and persistent argumentation and debate
after the matter has been deemed settled will be considered
insubordination, and will be subject to punishment. Insults and slurs
made either publicly or privately in the course of such continued
discussion and further insubordinate behavior will not be tolerated and
will result in suspension of your account and withdrawal of your
privileges pending a board investigation.

6 - You agree NOT to
post, advertise or sale any COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL unless the copyright
is owned by you or if GSM-NEWBORN owns the copyright. Although we do not and
cannot review the messages prior to being posted, We are not
responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the
right to DELETE any message for any reason whatsoever. You remain
solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to
indemnify and hold KMACS, our Staff Members, and Associates harmless
with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s)

7.
- Excessive and Unnecessary Posting or Posting just to raise your post
count (aka post padding) - will not be tolerated in any form. If you
think you will get more respect having more posts, you are mistaken. If
an Admin or Moderator deems you are abusing your account in this
manner, your post count will be zeroed.(Post padding is when you post
messages back to back that could have been easily in 1 post or when you
have innocuous conversations back and forth with minimal post material
or content or even minimal word content for that matter. Please use the
Private Message system for such conversations.) Likewise forum flooding
is prohibited, as is spamming the forums with posts linking to other
sites/forums (which is considered advertising)..

8. - GSM-NEWBORN
takes no responsibility for all transactions that takes place between
consenting parties in the Classifieds Section. We DO NOT verify sellers
or buyers and will not intercede on either the buyer or seller's
behalf. We advise all members to use caution when conducting private
transactions.

9. - Also please note that chain letters, pyramid
schemes, and solicitations are inappropriate on these forums and may be
deleted immediately with no further explanation. Members who post such
schemes may be suspended from the forums and if they continue to post
may be banned without any notifications or warning.

10. - USE
the search function of the forum first before creating a topic and do
not start more than one topic (in the same OR different forums) with
the same question or message. Cross Posting is prohibited here and
Moderators will lock duplicate threads immediately with or without any
warning.Also please give some thought to which forum your topic
logically belongs before posting. Check the Index page first and choose
the most appropriate thread your topic will be posted.

11. - We
like to have fun in the KMACS forums, but not at the expense of getting
people's questions answered, so staying on topic is somewhat relative -
as long as the original poster's question is answered in a timely
fashion, some straying off topic will be tolerated. But it will always
be discouraged if it comes at the expense of helping each other and
getting questions answered and problems solved.

12. - PENALTIES are as follows:

If warning reached 100% in just 1 month. Members will be banned for 1 week

Posting in right section is strictly observed. No cross posting.
message should be posted once, to the appropriate forum or
sections……(20% warning in a month)

2. Respect each and every
member, either the newly registered or old members and most specially
the Moderating Team. Proper courtesy is required. Used of Foul, and
discriminating languages is highly actionable. Flaming, trolling or any
insult resulting to a fight are prohibited…… (50% warning in a month)

3. Do not spam the board. Avoid sensless post. Don't post just to
increase someones, or your number of posts, including abuse of smilies
……( posts will be deleted or 10% warning in a month)

5. Discrimination and disrespect against other GSM Forum ……(banned for a month)

6. Revival of OLD threads is prohibited. Dormant threads replied within
3 months earlier are considered old threads. (i.e. if the problem have
been resolved, no need to input another solution, your next reply maybe
senseless after all)..........(20% warning in a month)

7. Use
subject (title) that best describes the content of the post. Don't use
all CAPS or special characters just to draw attention.

8. Disrespect forum and site admin (banned forever)
